These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Instant Print Photobooth service provided by Ureshii Desu Photobooth (“we,” “our,” “us”) to you (“Client”) and your event guests (“Participants”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit payment.
  • The remaining balance must be paid 7 days after the event date.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

2. Service Duration

  • Service duration will be as stated in the booking confirmation.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide a suitable, safe location with access to power and necessary space for the photobooth.
  • Ensure guests comply with respectful use of props and equipment.
  • Obtain permission from the venue for photobooth operation.

4. Use of Photographs

  • Images are provided for personal use by the Client and Participants.
  • We may use photos for promotional purposes only with written consent.
  • Participants consent to being photographed by using the photobooth.

5. Equipment & Damages

  • Our staff will operate and supervise the photobooth.
  • The Client is responsible for any damage to equipment caused by misuse or negligence by guests.

6. Liability

  • We are not responsible for:
    • Poor image quality due to venue lighting or environmental conditions.
    • Guest dissatisfaction caused by behavior outside our control.
  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service.

7. Technical Issues

  • In the unlikely event of technical failure that prevents the delivery of photos, we will refund a fair portion of the fee based on time lost.
  • If technical issues occur due to venue power or connectivity problems, no refund will be given.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the event to be eligible for a partial refund.
  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if available.

9. Privacy

  • We collect and store guest photos as per our Privacy Policy.
  • Guests may request deletion of their images after the event.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
